The data in this checklist represents the Orthoptera fauna of Luxembourg, it was extracted from the publication: Proess, R., M. Meyer: Rote Liste der Heuschrecken Luxemburgs. 2003 Bulletin de la Société des naturalistes luxembourgeois 104: 57-66. http://www.snl.lu/publications/bulletin/SNL_2003_104_57_66.pdf Abstract: During the years 1999-2002, a survey of the grasshoppers, crickets and bush crickets was carried out in Luxembourg, using squares of 5 x 5 km based on the national grid system. Based on the results, a new Red List of the grasshoppers, crickets and bush crickets of Luxembourg is presented.
